I was looking for something in a crispy, non-sauced keto wing recipe, something for those occasions when you don’t want your fingers coated in sauce while eating them. This low-carb, keto-friendly garlic Parmesan crusted wing recipe is just what I wanted so we can add a bit of variety to our next wing night.

Keto Garlic Parmesan Crispy Wings Recipe

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Air dry wings on a baking tray with a grill rack for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

  2. Preheat oven to 400F. In large mixing bowl, combine avocado oil and garlic. Set aside. Take the wings out of the fridge and allow them to come to room temperature while the garlic infuses the oil for about 20 minutes.

  3. Whisk together all the seasonings with the pork rind crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Put all the wings into the bowl with the garlic oil mixture and toss until thoroughly coated. Using clean hands works best. Sprinkle in half the pork rind crumbs and half the Parmesan cheese. Toss the wings to coat. Add the remainder of the crumb mix and toss again.

  4. Spray the baking tray grill rack with coconut oil cooking spray then arrange all the wings on the grill rack with space in between each. The grill rack is absolutely necessary for you to get the crispy results you this recipe is designed for!

  5. Bake wings in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with a keto marinara sauce for dipping.
