This low-carb whipped feta dip has “Greek” written all over it, with all the seasonings you have come to associate with the country’s food, including feta, garlic, oregano, lemon, olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes and kalmata olives. It’s super-easy to make too, so you can whip it up in a pinch any time you’re making Greek food, or just want a tasty dip everyone can enjoy.

Keto Whipped Feta Dip

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz feta cheese, room temperature
  • 3 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned olive oil from sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 large pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • Black pepper, freshly ground (to taste)

    Garnish Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped (in seasoned oil), chopped

  • 2 teaspoons kalmata olives, pitted and finelu chopped
  • 1 sprig of parsley, chopped

Directions:

  1. Add feta, cream cheese, oregano, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice and olive oil to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
