The brilliant part of an Alfredo sauce is that it’s inherently keto, with primary ingredients like heavy cream, butter and cheese. It’s a delicious sauce for all sorts of veggies, including broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, peppers, etc. Use it as a sauce for a white lasagne, or offer it as a selection for a keto faux pasta bar.
