Avocado, mackerel (or tuna), egg, and cheese come together to make this awesome finger food snack or appie. Dip ‘em and pop ‘em in your mouth! With the right dipping sauce, even kids will dig them... or at least I think so? What do I know, I don’t have kids, but I think I might have liked them as a kid. You know your kids better than me. Keto Avocado Mackeral (or Tuna) Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and spices to a bowl and mix well (except avocado and coconut oil) into a medium mixing bowl.

  2. Cube avocado and fold into the tuna. Form tuna into balls and cover with almond flour or lupin flour.

  3. Heat avocado oil or coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add tuna balls and fry until browned on all sides. Serve hot with chipotle mayo your choice of dipping sauce.
