This keto-friendly balsamic vinaigrette recipe is just one example of just how easy it can be just by having the right ingredients kicking around when you need them.
Keto Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt add more to taste
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ⅔ cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Add balsamic vinegar to a jar or bottle with a lid. Add garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
Put lid jar and shake to mix dressing. Add Dijon next and shake again to mix. Lastly add the olive oil. Allow to rest for at least an hour to let the flavours blend. Store unused portions in the fridge. The olive oil may solidify in the fridge, so be sure to take it out at least 20 minutes before you need to use it.
