Blueberry Mint Goat Cheese Dip Recipe

Directions:

  1. Combine goat cheese, coconut milk beverage, sweetener, and lime juice, ground ginger, nutmeg, and flaky sea salt. Beat together with an electric hand mixer on low until smooth.

  2. Stir in mint leaves and lime zest until fully incorporated. Add the blueberries and gently stir in until fully incorporated.

  3. Top with slivered almonds and a few extra blueberries, fresh mint and a little grated nutmeg for garnish, if desired.
