  1. Steam your chosen greens for 3 minutes in a pot with a little water or in a steamer in an Instant Pot. Remove from heat and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

  2. Heat avocado oil in a pot over medium heat. Stir in onions and cook until just beginning to brown, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger cook for 1 minute. Add turmeric, paprika, and allspice and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add the cooked greens and vegetable broth. Simmer, uncovered, over medium-high heat until liquid is nearly evaporated, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot with homemade injera bread for a carb-up or with cauliflower rice or a low-carb flat bread to make it keto-friendly.
