Who doesn't want whipped cream as a topping for desserts, whether it's pie, iced cream, or cake? Sadly, it's not as easy to do on keto as you can't usually find whipped cream in a can that doesn't have sugar. But since we usually have our own heavy cream in our fridge for other recipes, it's pretty easy to just whip up our own. Here's how.

Ketofied Whipped Cream Recipe


  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 20 drops liquid stevia (vanilla flavoured if you have it)


  1. Put all ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl.
  2. Whip with a hand mixer on high until stiff peaks form and serve. Refrigerate unused portions.
