Keto “Magic Shell” Hardening Sauce Ice Cream Topping Recipe
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
- 10 drops liquid stevia, chocolate-flavoured
- 1 teaspoon erithrytol, powdered in a spice/coffee grinder
- Mix together and taste and adjust sweetener as needed. Makes 1 serving. Multiply amounts for multiple servings.
