Keto Prosciutto-Wrapped Avocado with Balsamic Reduction Recipe
- 2 small avocados, sliced into wedges and peeled
- A few strips of prosciutto (around 100g)
- Balsamic reduction
- Flaky sea salt (like Maldon or Fleur de sel, and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Cut the prosciutto into small strips, one for each wedge of avocado. Wrap each avocado wedge with a strip of prosciutto.
