Sesame broccoli is a simple veggie side dish often served in Korean meals, but it works well with all sorts of Asian dishes. It’s super simple to make if you want to add more veg to a meatier main dish.

Keto Sesame Broccoli

Directions:

  1. Cut the broccoli head from the stem. Cut the head into small florets. Peel the stems and cut into small pieces.

  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add kosher salt and broccoli, and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until it reaches the desired tenderness.

  3. Drain, and immediately shock in cold water to stop cooking. Drain well.

  4. Combine the broccoli with the remaining ingredients, and toss well to evenly distribute the seasoning.
