Vegan Keto Tofu Toast Recipe
- 1 package firm or extra-firm tofu (400g), drained, rinsed and patted dry
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Fine sea salt, to taste
Preheat the oven to 425F. Slice in to ½ cm thick toasts.
Brush both sides with olive oil then sprinkle with paprika and sea salt to taste. Place on the baking tray lined with a sil-pat mat or parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until desired crispness. Serve with your favourite savoury toppings like mashed avocado, fried egg, salsa, or anything else your heart desires, and enjoy!
