If you think that fish dishes are bland or lacking flavour, you need to try this recipe! Yasa tibs is a low-carb, keto-friendly Ethiopian sautéed fish dish that is bursting with flavour. There was so much to taste it was hard to wrap my mind around what was going on in my mouth. I just kept going back for more until it was all gone. (*Note to self: double the recipe in the future.) I made it with basa and served it with homemade injera bread as a carb-up meal, but if you serve it on cauliflower rice or with a keto-friendly flat bread, it can work in either context.
