Everyone is a fan of baked Brie, but I recently discovered that baked goat cheese can also make a great hot dip. Simply by combining it with a bit of sour cream or Greek yogurt, along with Parmesan cheese, you get a tangy dip that can be topped with different herbs and toppings for different flavour profiles.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender, pulse to combine, then blend until smooth.

  2. Use a rubber spatula to transfer the dip into a small baking dish.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until light gold and bubbly. Top with sun-dried tomatoes or roast red peppers, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, along with any fresh herbs if you like, or just enjoy as is!
