Keto Bloody Mary Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
- One 28oz can of diced tomatoes, diced
- ½ cup celery, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon celery leaves, finely chopped
- 1-2 jalapeño peppers, seeds removed and diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup green olives stuffed with pimentos, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers, drained
- 1½ tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt (like Maldon or Fleur de sel
- 1 tablespoon vodka (optional)
- Celery salt, Montreal steak seasoning, Cajun seasoning, etc, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavours to blend. Serve with pork rinds, keto tortilla chips, or cut veggies.
