Chocolate fondue usually involves slowly and carefully melting chocolate over a double boiler. This keto-friendly recipe uses a slow-cooker to gradually do this without having to stand watch the whole time. And when it’s done, you just give it a stir, transfer it to a fondue pot and serve!
Keto Chocolate Fondue Recipe
- 6oz unsweetened baker’s chocolate, chopped into smaller pieces
- 1¼ cups canned full-fat coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons Lakanto granulated monk fruit sweetener
- ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon brandy extract
Combine all ingredients in a small, 1 quart slow cooker and stir to combine. Set the slow cooker on low setting and cover with lid.
Cook for 1 hour or until the chocolate is fully melted. Stir or whisk to combine everything in the pot.
Keep the slow cooker on the "Keep Warm" setting and serve from the pot with keto marshmallows, keto graham crackers, toasted chopped peanuts or other nuts, unsweetened shredded coconut, sugar-free sprinkles, and low-carb berries.
