Another festive keto alcoholic beverage to help your celebrations stay keto: cranberry champagne sparklers! This recipe combines low-carb cranberries, keto-friendly sweeteners, and 2 low-carb boozes, dry champagne/sparkling wine and vodka to make this Christmas miracle in a drink.

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the cranberries and water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until the cranberries have popped.

  2. Pour into a sieve set over a bowl and press on the solids to release as much juice as possible. Stir in the sweetener to taste and chill 1 hour.

  3. To make the cocktails, add 2 tbsp cranberry juice and one ounce vodka to each champagne glass. Top up with chilled champagne.

  4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries if desired and serve! Makes 6 servings.
