This is one of the easiest keto soups I’ve ever made! It gives you a Popeye punch of healthy spinach and is so delicious that you’ll want to make this a regular addition to your keto lifestyle.

Keto Cream of Spinach Soup Recipe

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté onion until translucent. Add in garlic and cook until it starts to brown.

  2. Add spinach and bone broth. Cover and cook until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat.

  3. Pour into a blender and pulse until smooth. Return to the pot and add heavy cream. Heat it through at medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.

  4. Remove from heat when it starts to steam but before it starts to simmer. Serve with fresh pepper and toasted walnuts on top. Makes two smaller servings or one large serving.
