I have made so many different sweet fat bombs in the past, it was time for me to experiment with savoury... I give you: Everything Bagel Fat Bombs! Super easy to whip up on the quick, these keto fat bombs give you everything you like about everything bagels minus the bagel!

Keto Everything Bagel Fat Bombs

Ingredients:

  • 4oz cream cheese, softened (*The brick kind, not whipped.)
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Asiago cheese, finely shredded (*aged cheddar or Parmesan also work)
  • 1 tablespoon unflavoured whey isolate](https://amzn.to/2TijAfw)
  • 3 tablespoons Keto Everything Bagel Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Add cream cheese and butter to a medium mixing bowl. Beat together on low with an electric mixer. Stir in the cheese together with a spatula until worked through.

  2. Roll mixture into tablespoon size balls (this cookie scoop works awesome), one or two at a time, rolling each ball in a bowl of the everything seasoning until the outer surface is fully covered.

  3. Place fat bombs on a plate or tray in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until firm. Store in airtight container in fridge the fridge until ready to consume. They should keep for up to a week, depending on how old your cream cheese is.
