This keto-friendly hot Reuben dip brings all the delicious qualities of a Reuben sandwich into a party-friendly dip for all to share and enjoy. It’s quick and easy to whip up in a pinch if you have all the ingredient on hand. And it goes great with pretty much any keto-friendly bread, crackers or even cut veggies.
Keto Hot Reuben Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 8oz deli corned beef, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Keto Russian Dressing
- ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a pie plate or oven-safe skillet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, sour cream, and dressing and mix well.Spread into prepared dish. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over top. Bake until hot and bubbly, around 15-20 minutes. Garnish with dried parsley leaves. Serve with keto dinner rolls, sliced keto bread, keto crackers, cut veggies or keto tortilla chips.
