This keto-friendly hot Reuben dip brings all the delicious qualities of a Reuben sandwich into a party-friendly dip for all to share and enjoy. It’s quick and easy to whip up in a pinch if you have all the ingredient on hand. And it goes great with pretty much any keto-friendly bread, crackers or even cut veggies.
Keto Hot Reuben Dip Recipe
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 8oz deli corned beef, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Keto Russian Dressing
- ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a pie plate or oven-safe skillet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, sour cream, and dressing and mix well.
Spread into prepared dish. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over top. Bake until hot and bubbly, around 15-20 minutes. Garnish with dried parsley leaves. Serve with keto dinner rolls, sliced keto bread, keto crackers, cut veggies or keto tortilla chips.
