  1. Wash fillet under running water and pat dry. Make slits on the fillet and set aside.

  2. Make a paste with with the remaining ingredients. Cover the fillet with the paste on both sides, ensuring some gets in the slits too. Set aside for 30 minutes to an hour (no longer than 1 hour).

  3. Preheat the oven to 325F and bake for 30-40 minutes. After 20 minutes, run a wooden spoon in the slits to slightly widen them for even roasting. Serve with cauliflower rice or regular rice.
