Keto Olive Wreath Holiday Appetizer Recipe
- Fresh rosemary branches
- Whole green olives
- Whole kalmata olives
- Grape or cherry tomatoes
- Mini bocconcini balls (*Omit for vegan.)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Flaky sea salt (like Maldon or Fleur de sel
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Start with a round plate. Lay a ring of fresh rosemary around the edge of the plate creating the base for your "wreath."
Fill in the wreath with mixed olives, tomatoes, and mini bocconcini balls. Stack as much as you can while still maintaining a wreath shape. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
