Keto Pumpkin Pie Dessert Pizza Recipe
Pumpkin Pie Pizza Ingredients:
- One lupin flour sourdough pizza crust (half a batch)
- ⅓ cup unsweetened pumpkin purée
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon gold erithrytol monk fruit sweetener or Swerve Brown
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg, (freshly grated if possible)
- Large pinch ground allspice
Pecan Streusel Topping Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 tablespoons oat fibre
- ¼ cup pecans, toasted and chopped
- 1½ tablespoons gold erithrytol monk fruit sweetener or Swerve Brown
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Pinch of fine sea salt
Cream Cheese Drizzle Ingredients:
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut milk beverage (*Or other unsweetened non-dairy milk.)
- 2 tablespoons Confectioner’s Swerve (*Or other sweetener that's been powdered)
Ingredients:
Prepare your lupin flour pizza crust. While the crusts are doing the first half of their baking, add the streusel ingredients to a small mixing bowl and stir to combine until large crumbs form. Set aside.
Stir together the remaining pumpkin pie pizza ingredients to make your pumpkin pie "filling." Spread the filling over the crust. Sprinkle evenly with the pecan streusel.
Cook in oven preheated preheated to 350F for 17-20 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with cream cheese sauce. Slice and serve.
