Keto Pumpkin Seed Flax Crackers Recipe
- ⅓ cup golden flax seeds
- 3 tablespoons ground flax meal (*You can grind whole seeds yourself in a coffee/spice grinder.)
- 3 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink sea salt
- ⅓ cup of water
In a small mixing bowl, add all ingredients except the water and stir together. Add in water, let soak for at least 15 minutes to absorb water.
Preheat oven to 400F. Using 2 silicon mats or sheets of parchment paper flatten out dough.
Bake for 23-28 minutes or until they’re nice and crispy. Allow cool completely before you cut or break them into pieces. Store in a sealed bag or container at room temperature. Enjoy!
