Need a sweetened chocolate for decorating cookies, making garnishes or even just moulding into fun shapes? All you need is 3 ingredients and with a bit of imagination, the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients:
- 3 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped into small chunks
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1½ teaspoons granulated erythritol, powdered in a spice/coffee grinder
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid stevia, chocolate-flavoured
Directions:
Melt chocolate together with coconut oil in a 2-cup pyrex measuring cup in the microwave on high in 30 second increments, stirring after each increment.
Once melted, add powdered erithrytol and liquid stevia and stir in well.
Pour melted chocolate mix into moulds then refridgerate until hardened. You can also pour this into a decorating bag or squirt bottle and use to decorate cookies and other confectionaries. Try spreading it thinly on the back of a cookie sheet then cool in the freezer for a few minutes until somewhat hardened but still pliable then use a flipping spatula to create chocolate curls for decorating cakes. Or allow to harden completely and chisel off to make shavings for decorating a keto peppermint mocha or hot chocolate. Or try making chocolate fudge crackles to go in my candy cane chocolate fudge crackle ice cream recipe. The sky's the limit!
What keto treats will you use this chocolate recipe on? It's super versatile, so please let me know what you come up with in the comments. Or if you post pics of your creation on Instagram, tag me so I can see it. :)
