- Toasted sesame seeds (white and/or black)
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Directions:
Mash the lemon juice, avocado, ground ginger, white pepper, and chili flakes into a coarse paste in a small bowl.
Lay a piece of salmon on top of each piece of seaweed. Divide the avocado mash evenly on top of the salmon. Then sprinkle each with soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds and green online. Fold in half like a taco and eat. (*Note: I know my photo shows that I made several “tacos” at once, but it’s better to make them one at a time so that the seaweed doesn’t get soggy.)
