Keto Watermelon White Wine Spritzer Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup watermelon chunks, frozen
- 10-20 drops liquid stevia (to taste)
- Dry white wine, chilled (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- Club soda, chilled
- 4 small sprigs of mint
Directions:
Add frozen watermelon chunks, liquid stevia and white wine to a blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour 1/4 of the watermelon mixture into 4 tall glasses.
