Creamy Avocado Sauce Recipe
Creamy Basil Avocado Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 small avocado, halved, seeded and peeled
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- ½ tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Himalayan pink sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Creamy BBQ Avocado Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 small avocado, peeled, pitted, and quartered
- 3 tablespoons homemade high-fat yogurt or sour cream
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed, if available)
- 1/2 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
- Combine creamy avocado sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor, blend until smooth and creamy. Serve over salmon burger patties or grilled salmon or anything else your heart desires.
