Keto Curried Goat Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 oz soft goat cheese, room temperature
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature (*May use all goat cheese or all cream cheese depending on what you have available.)
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon - Flaky sea salt (like Maldon or Fleur de sel
- 2 tablespoons keto jalapeño pepper jelly
- 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes in seasoned oil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon roasted pumpkin seeds or pistachios
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese and seasoning. Mix well then spread on a serving plate.
Spread the jalapeño pepper jelly overtop the cheese layer then sprinkle the sun-dried tomatoes then the pumpkin seeds evenly overtop. Serve with keto crackers or keto bread.
