Sure, guacamole is a Mexican dip, but the concept can be adapted to so many different flavour profiles, like with this Lebanese-inspired version. The basics are essentially the same, but I add tahini and Za'atar spice blend, and use lemon juice instead of lime juice. It's an awesome addition to a middle eastern themed dinner!

  1. In a large bowl, mash the avocados with lemon juice until chunky-smooth.

  2. Fold in onions, garlic, tomato, tahini, cilantro, jalapeños, za’atar, and salt until well combined. Garnish with more extra virgin olive oil, toasted sesame seeds, and extra cilantro (if desired). Serve with cut veggies, keto crackers, keto bread, pork rinds
