Smoked salmon is one of those things that tastes great in anything. Put it together with the strong taste of goat cheese, the brightness of lemon, the freshness of dill and the punchiness of horseradish and you get a dip that really sings.
Keto Smoked Salmon Goat Cheese Dill Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 125g hot smoked salmon, flaked
- 4oz soft goat cheese, room temperature
- ⅓ cup sour cream or high-fat homemade yogurt
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 small clove garlic, pressed
- Fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Keto Everything Bagel Seasoning (for garnish)
Directions:
Add all ingredients except the garnish to a small mixing bowl and work together with a spatula until consistent.
Scoop the dip out into a serving bowl and garnish with everything bagel seasoning. Serve with cut veggies, keto crackers, keto bread, pork rinds
