Keto Bacon, Caramelized Onion and Spinach Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare your choice of keto pizza crusts and allow to cool. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Sauté 7-10 minutes, or until well caramelized.

  2. Meanwhile, heat bacon fat over medium heat. Add the spinach and sauté until wilted, but not crispy, around 5-7 minutes. Remove, place in a bowl and set aside.

  3. Preheat oven to 450F. Spread the marinara sauce over the pizza crusts. Top with half the cheese, spinach, caramelized onion and bacon. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

  4. Cook in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven. Slice and serve.
