Similar to my peanut butter and jelly grilled cheese, this dark chocolate raspberry Brie version makes for yet another delicious grilled cheese dessert mash-up! And of course, it is made with all keto-friendly, low-carb components so you can just sit back and enjoy this decadent treat.

Keto Dark Chocolate Raspberry Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe

  1. First combine the liquid stevia drops with the mashed raspberries. Set aside.

  2. Now start putting your sandwich together. Start by adding a layer of brie to the inside of one slice of bread then add a layer of the chocolate pieces followed by one side of the bread, then the raspberries on the other. Top with the other slice of bread.

  3. Melt half the coconut oil or butter in a skillet over medium-low heat, then place the sandwich Brie-side down, onto the pan, making sure it absorbs some of the butter/oil.

  4. Once the one side is grilled to a medium brown, remove the sandwich, add the remaining butter and flip the sandwich to grill the other side until brown. Serve hot and melty with a scoop of Keto vanilla ice cream, fresh raspberries, and a drizzle of keto-friendly chocolate sauce if desired.
