The little extra flavour and texture from the cinnamon and chopped pecans really unites the whole flavour profile to make an easy dessert or snack you can make in a flash.
Keto Cinnamon Bun Frosting Sweet Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 oz package cream cheese (room temperature)
- ¼ cup erithrytol, powdered in a spice/coffee grinder
- 20 drops liquid stevia, vanilla-flavoured
- ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt (like Maldon or Fleur de sel)
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- Chopped pecans, for garnish
- Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Directions:
Start by beating heavy whipping cream until it has peaks. Add all other ingredients and continue to beat until smooth.
Refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with sliced jicama, strawberries, keto cookies (like gingerbread cookies or shortbread cookies), keto graham crackers, etc. Top with chopped pecans and sprinkle with ground cinnamon for garnish.
