I like fish tacos, I like pizza, but I have never seen a fish taco pizza, only beef or pork, so I figured what put this creation together and see how it goes. I was quite happy with the results, bringing a fresh testiness that you don't usually associate with pizza, on top of a one of my low-carb pizza crusts.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare your chosen pizza crust. Allow to cool. Set oven temperature to 375F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment or a silicon mat. Sprinkle taco seasoning over both sides of the basa fillet.

  2. Lightly drizzle fish with avocado oil and dot with butter. Bake fish fillet for 20-25 min. To brown edges, broil for 3-5 minutes at the end if desired. Remove from oven and allow to cool until safe to handle then cut the fish into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Set the oven temperature to 450F (or 425F if using cauliflower crust).

  4. Spread the guacamole across the pizza crust (this is the sauce). Arrange fish pieces around the crust, then do the same with the pickled onions and cabbage, orange bell pepper, jalapeño, and your chosen cheese. Put in the oven and bake for another 12-15 minutes ( or 7-10 minutes if using cauliflower crust), or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
