Getting tired of your holiday turkey dinner leftovers? Dress them up as a pizza with this keto-friendly ham leftover turkey dinner pizza recipe. I call it a recipe, but really it's more of a concept that you can take and run with.

Keto Leftover Turkey Dinner Pizza Recipe

Ingredients: - One batch of lupin flour sourdough pizza crusts OR keto cheesy pizza crusts OR keto cauliflower pizza crusts - ⅔ cup keto rosemary roast garlic mashed rutabaga - ½ cup turkey gravy - ½ cup keto stuffing - ⅔ cup Swiss cheese or provalone cheese, grated - ⅔ cup turkey, chopped - ¼ cup keto chia cranberry sauce

Directions:

  1. Prepare your choice of keto pizza crusts and allow to cool. If using the sourdough pizza crust recipe, you do not have to wait for it to cool.

  2. While the crusts are baking, warm the gravy on the stovetop over low heat and keep warm until ready to use. Set aside.

  3. Preheat oven to 450F (or maintain heat at 350F for sourdough pizza crusts). Spread mashed rutabaga over the crusts then drizzle with the gravy. Sprinkle evenly with chopped turkey and stuffing. Top with your chosen cheese.

  4. Cook in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes (or 17-20 minutes for sourdough pizza crust) or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with cranberry sauce. Slice and serve.
