Keto Peanut Butter and Jelly Dip Recipe

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in the peanut butter, salt and sweetener. Stir in the chopped peanuts. Swirl in the strawberry jam, saving 1 tablespoon for the top, just enough to work it throughout the mixture while still distinctly separate from the peanut butter base.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and top with additional jam and peanuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with keto graham crackers or keto bread.
