I was looking for a side dish to go with some soy marinated eggs I was making, something else that was stewed with an Asian flavour profile. Since I had a daikon radish kicking around, I thought I would try braising it, in similar style to traditional Japanese "oden."

Crispy Baked Tofu - Keto, Low-Carb, Vegan

I was in the mood for a warm snack, something similar to chicken nuggets, but easier and with healthy ingredients. I had a block of tofu and thought maybe I could do something similar with that. I created a coating that baked up into a savoury, crispy topping that made this a lovely snack.
